Police Service Commission (PSC) and the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Set 12th April for Constable Training 2025– The Police Service Commission (PSC) and the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) have approved April 12, 2025, as the resumption date for the commencement of training for all successful candidates in the ongoing 2025 Police Constable recruitment.

This was contained in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja on Sunday by the spokesperson of the Commission, Mr. Ikechukwu Ani. According to the statement:
“Applicants who participated in the recently concluded Medical Screening Exercise, held from February 26 to March 12, 2025, are to log on to the recruitment portal to check their application status and print their Training Call-up Slip.”
The statement advised successful candidates to report to their designated police training institutions on the date and time indicated on their Training Call-up Slip for documentation.
It further stated that the documentation period upon resumption at the training schools has been scheduled for April 12 – 19, 2025. Candidates who fail to report within this time frame will be considered to have declined the offer.
All candidates are to bring along the following items while reporting.
- Training Call-up slip
- Application Form Submission Slip
- NIN Slip
- BVN Slip
- Eight passport size photograph.
- Original copy and photocopies of Certificates/Credentials.
- Adequate number of white t-shirt and short, white canvass and socks.
- Two sets of yellow track suit.
- Adequate number of white bed sheet and pillow case, and blankets.
- One mosquito net.
- Set of cutlery.
- One cutlass.
- Two brooms.
- Two plastic buckets
- Toiletries.
According to the statement, the Chairman of the Police Service Commission, DIG Hashimu Argungu (Rtd.), congratulated the successful candidates and urged them to be committed to President Bola Tinubu’s vision of equipping the Nigeria Police Force to ensure the security of lives and property and defend the nation’s democracy.
