Job Description

Are you passionate about expanding business horizons and driving sales growth? APM Terminals is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to manage and cultivate existing customer relationships while exploring new opportunities for business expansion.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs, promoting APM Terminals’ products and services, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

Develop an in-depth understanding of customers’ businesses, market trends, and industry changes.
Identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities by leveraging APM Terminals’ offerings.
Utilize the APM Terminals Sales process in all interactions with customers.
Conduct customer visits, demonstrating the value APM Terminals brings to their business.
Manage sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting for new business.
Share market insights and competitor information to enhance sales strategies.
Collaborate with the Customer Care department to address customer issues promptly.
Maintain accurate sales records and manage sales pipeline effectively.
Identify opportunities for additional income through land revenues.

People/Leadership:

Uphold APM Group culture, values, and reputation.
Ensure compliance with APM Group policies, standards, and procedures.

Reporting and Scope:

Individual contributor role reporting to the Commercial Manager / Sales Manager.
Primarily focused on local/domestic market.
