Job Description
- To carry out the installation and maintenance of automation equipment in Flour Operations as instructed, for effective and efficient performance of control, instrumentation and measurement devices.
Key Responsibilities
- To carry out jobs assignments on installation and maintenance of the automation systems promptly to reduce downtime to the barest minimum.
- To collate and record plant/machines parameters as instructed.
- To engage in troubleshooting/fault finding of automation equipment.
- To account for the usage and handling of materials and tools assigned to him.
- To carry out plants/machines schedule maintenance as assigned.
- Promptly reporting of any job-related issues beyond his control to the Manager.
- To carry out housekeeping functions to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health and environment standards.
Main Qualifications
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
- Minimum of OND in Electrical/Electronics or any related discipline.
- Conversant in ESXI Server Management
- Knowledge in Total Integrated Automation System.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG industry.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to pay good attention to detail.
- Be assertive and confident.
- Possess analytical skills and critical thinking.
