Job Responsibilities
Candidate must possess the skills on:

Preparation and maintaining adequate bank-wide loss-data in conformity with global best standards.
Development of heatmaps to showcase business units where operational losses are being incurred and recommend action plans for mitigation.
Preparation of monthly dashboard to graphically display operational loss trend according to products, platforms and business units.
Supervision of bank-wide Risk and Control Self-assessment exercise to identify inherent risk in processes and provide mitigants with action plans to mitigate the identified risks.
Conducting Risk & Control Self-Assessment of processes to identify ineffective controls and provide mitigants.
Improve bank-wide awareness and knowledge of operational risk to ensure effective risk culture among the employees.
