We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shift Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the operations of each shift including supporting efficient equipment operation, providing adequate personnel training, handling personnel issues, and maintaining adequate personnel placement.
Establishes continuous improvement strategies and processes to reduce waste, cycle time and hours utilization.
Coach and support each team member andfacilitate team meetings as needed, including employee and temporary employee work assessments.
Ensure accurate and timely KPI’s are delivered to the management team.
Work with the quality department to ensure audit gaps are closed and the production areas are kept clean and orderly.
Complete administrative tasks such asschedules, shift assignments, performance documentation.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned shift including troubleshooting as needed.
Ensure correct completion of all shift paperwork.
Enforce company policies, safety standards, GMP standards and HACCP.
Cross train personnel to be able to work in all areas of the Sugar production.
Ensure all production lines are covered for operation based on the business needs.
Perform all other related duties as required.
